From humble beginnings as an event caterer in Sydney in 1998, Gastronomy has grown into a national team of 160, delivering tailored in-house hospitality across Australia.

about OzHarvest

OzHarvest is Australia’s national leading food rescue organisation founded by Ronni Kahn OAM in 2004.

Today OzHarvest diverts, from landfill, 250 tonnes of quality surplus food per week, delivering it to 2000 charities across the country. OzHarvest educates, innovates and advocates for positive change for people and planet.

OzHarvest Ventures was set up in 2023 to focus on innovation and exploring new commercial opportunities to diversify revenue.

OzHarvest Ventures formally took ownership of Gastronomy in 2024, adding to its business for good portfolio.
