Bloodorangeade and mineral water at the drinks table

Pink Lemonade

Makes approx. 1.5L

Blend
2 lemons, ends cut off and sliced into thin wedges
100g white sugar
100g frozen raspberries
250ml still water

Sieve into a large jug

Add 750ml sparkling water

Pour over ice, to serve.

Sparkling Blood Orangeade

Makes approx. 1.5L

Pulp
2 blood oranges
2 oranges

Sieve into a large jug

Add 1L ginger ale

Pour over ice, to serve.

N.B. Aim for 1 part juice to 2 parts ginger ale
