A flourishing feast for all the senses. Our 2016 premium Spring menu is in bloom.

Springtime zest plays throughout with colourful ingredients brought to life by the sweet, fresh flavour pairings that follow.

Crisp salad of roast baby beets, pistachio, watermelon, goat’s curd and spiced beetroot vinaigrette, Roast Muscovy duck breast, porcini stuffing, pink grapefruit and cranberry glaze – aglow with hues of ruby and brilliant orange and mango and passionfruit salad with white chocolate ice cream and pineapple marmalade; blissfully Spring!
