Our 2016 premium Autumn menu has emerged.

With a bountiful offering of earthy ingredients and robust flavour combinations, this vibrant menu is a plated homage to the amber season.

Fresh and golden Double baked Gruyère cheese soufflé is flanked by Slow roasted lamb backstrap, rust-coloured mandarin and oregano, roast fig and Persian feta before Caramelised Granny Smith tarte tatin and goat’s cheese icecream helps this hearty menu continue to burst with rich Autumnal flavours.
